FIVE MINUTES OF MINUTES OF MEDITATION
I BREATH IN THROUGH THE CHAKRA
OUTSIDE THE TREE OF LIFE REACHES FOR THE INFINITE
I THINK ABOUT THE AMBIGUITY OF MY FEELINGS FOR ANOTHER
I THINK THAT I AM THINKING ABOUT MY AMBIGUITY
I AM PRESENT FOR A MOMENT
I AM OBSERVING THE OBSERVER
THERE IS NOTHING MORE THAN WITNESSING THE OBSERVER
THERE IS THE LONELINESS FOR MY FRIENDS
THE SOLITUDE OF OUR JOURNIES
THE BIRDS SING OUTSIDE THEW WINDOW
THE SOUND CROSSES MY AWARENESS AND DEPARTS
I BREATHE THROUGH THE CHAKRA
I EXPERIENCE A MOMENT OF ECSTASY
ECSTASY IS TRANSIENT LIKE ALL THINGS
I WITNESS THE TRANSIENCE OF ALL THINGS
I OBSERVE MY WITNESSING OF THE TRANSIENCE OF ALL
I AM PRESENT
THERE IS NOTHING MORE
I IDENTIFY WITH THE ABSENCE
I SURRENDER TO THE ABSENCE
I WITNESS MYSELF SURRENDERING TO THE ABSENCE
I THINK ABOUT WHAT WILL HAVE FOR BREAKFAST
I WILL FILL MYSELF WITH FRUIT AND NUTS
THE GONG SOUNDS
MY TIME OF MEDITATION IS ALMOST OVER
I RETURN TO THE BREATH OF THE CHAKRA
OF BEING CONNECTED TO THE GROUND
OF ALLOWING MYSELF TO BEAR FRUIT
OF LETTING MY ENERGY FLOW AND MIX WITH ALL OTHER ENERGY
OF GIVING AND RECEIVING WITHOUT JUDGMENT
OF SPEAKING AND OTHERWISE SHARING MY PURPOSE
OF OPENING TO ALL THE CHANCE SACREDNESS OF THE UNIVERSE
FOR A MOMENT I AM ONE WITH IT ALL
THE GONG SOUNDS
TIME FOR BREAKFAST.
